How do I protect your proprietary information?
- A negotiated Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed by both parties prior to any proprietary information transfer
- A signed agreement in the client’s format is acceptable.
- One of two copies of the NDA with original signatures is kept by MJMconsults.
- Consider protection of the client’s identity, organization name, etc. as part of your agreement
- By agreement, publish the client’s country, industry, and generic technologies that I am supporting
- Work on EAR or ITAR protected information must be done in the client’s facility using appropriate client-supplied equipment and software
